We are currently hiring for the following role:

  • We are seeking a Bilingual Residential Advocate (English/Spanish) to join our Residential Advocacy team. This hours for this position are 12:00 p.m-8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. The Bilingual Residential Advocate will provide a combination of case management, emotional support, and advocacy services to adult and child survivors of domestic violence in our shelter and over the 24-hour hotline. Applicants for this position must be fully fluent in English and Spanish.
  • We are seeking a Residential Counselor to join our Residential Advocacy team. The hours for this position are 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. The Residential Counselor will engage with survivors, adults and children, living at REACH’s shelter, assist families in acclimating to the house, and help foster a welcoming and healing environment. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • We are seeking to hire a Communications and Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is an impact driven storyteller, and genuinely enjoys working concurrently on multiple projects.
