We are well into the new year and that means we have already started the planning process for our largest fundraising event of the year! This fall, we will host our 18th Annual Reach for the Stars Gala. The Gala brings together people who care: colleagues, neighbors, community members, and friends who are committed to making a difference and reaching beyond domestic violence. You can help raise the necessary funds to help support the very important work that we do in community – prevention and intervention – and shelter. Read about last year’s event here.
We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic folks to join our Reach for the Stars Gala committee. Gala committee members partner with REACH staff, event partners, and Co-Chairs to achieve the financial and program goals for the Gala. Committee responsibilities include helping to identify and secure potential sponsors, securing auction items, and bringing people to the event. Meetings and committee responsibilities are done in a virtual format.
