On February 2nd at 5:00 p.m., State Representative Denise Garlick and the Needham Domestic Violence Action Committee will be co-hosting a free event featuring REACH Beyond Domestic Violence. This webinar is for community members to come learn more about how to support survivors of domestic abuse – especially during COVID-19.

The pandemic has created a new reality for all of us. For survivors of domestic violence, this new reality may be especially dangerous. As many of us continue to spend more time in our homes, survivors continue to be physically distanced from their support networks. Join staff from REACH as they discuss how the pandemic has impacted survivors in our community, the support REACH has been able to offer, and what you can do to support friends, family, and neighbors who may be experiencing abuse in their relationships.

This panel will be moderated by State Representative Denise Garlick, representing the 13th Norfolk district. Representative Garlick also serves as the Vice-Chair of the House Committee on Ways and Means.

Registration is required for this event and can be completed here.

This event is co-sponsored by State Representative Denise Garlick’s office and the Needham Domestic Violence Action Committee.
